These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Grumpy Turtle Vape Store, 577 Ben Swart St, Garsfontein, Pretoria. By placing an order you agree to them.

Age restriction

You must be 18 or older to buy from us. Our products contain nicotine, which is addictive. They are not for minors, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or non-smokers. We may ask for proof of age when you collect or receive your order, and may cancel an order if age cannot be confirmed.

Prices and stock

Prices are in South African Rand and may change without notice. Stock is shared between our shop and this website, so an item can sell out after you add it to your cart. If we cannot supply an item you paid for, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund for that item.

Payment

You can pay online by card or instant EFT through our payment providers, by EFT, or in store. Online orders are confirmed once payment has been received, or when you choose payment on collection.

Delivery and collection

Delivery fees and times are shown on our Delivery page and at checkout. Delivery times are estimates from our courier. Please check your order when you receive it and tell us within 48 hours about any damage or missing items. Click-and-collect orders can be collected at our shop during trading hours.

Returns and refunds

• Faulty goods: if a product is faulty, contact us within 6 months of purchase. We will repair, replace or refund it, as provided by the Consumer Protection Act.
• Online orders: you may cancel an online order within 7 days of receiving it and return the goods unused, unopened and in their original packaging (Electronic Communications and Transactions Act). You pay the return delivery cost.
• For health and safety reasons, opened e-liquids, coils, pods and other items that touch the mouth cannot be returned unless faulty.
• Devices that were damaged by misuse, water or wrong batteries or coils are not covered.

Batteries and safety

Use the correct batteries and chargers, never carry loose batteries in your pocket, and keep all products away from children and pets. Ask us if you are unsure. We are happy to help.

Reward points

Points are earned on qualifying purchases as shown on each product, and can be used as a discount on later purchases. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may change or end the programme with reasonable notice. Points earned through refunded or cancelled orders are removed.

Your account

Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or this website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
